Can I access my portal before my policy is active?

Yes! You can create and view your customer portal as soon as your policy is signed, even if coverage hasn't started yet.

  • Your portal will show signed policies, active policies, and inactive policies (cancelled, expired, non-renewed). You won't be able to view quotes in the portal at this time.
