Can I access my portal before my policy is active?
You can create a customer portal account as soon as your policy is bound, even if it hasn't reached its effective date yet.
When you can access the portal:
- ✅ Bound policies - You can create an account and access the portal
- ✅ Active policies - Full access to all portal features
- ✅ Inactive policies - You maintain access even after your policy ends (cancelled, expired, non-renewed)
- ❌ Quotes - You won't be able to view quotes in the portal (we're working on it!)
