How do I reset my password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it through the login page.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Kin.com and click Log In
- On the login page, click Forgot your password? (below the password field)
- Enter your email address (the one on file with your policy)
- Click Send Reset Password Instructions
- Check your email for a message from Kin with the subject "Set Your Kin Password"
- Click the link in the email (this link expires after 24 hours)
- Create a new password that meets these requirements:
- Between 8 and 128 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- Click Reset Password
- You'll be redirected to the login page
- Log in with your new password
