How do I update my contact information?

You can update your email, phone number, and mailing address through your customer portal. 

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log into your customer portal at Kin.com
  2. Click Profile in the left sidebar navigation
  3. You'll see your current contact information
  4. Find the information you want to update and click Edit
  5. Update your information:
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Mailing address
  6. Click Save
  7. You'll receive a confirmation email about your changes.

Note: If you have multiple policies, contact information updates will apply across all policies.

If you receive an email about an update that you did not request, please contact Kin customer service immediately at 855-216-7674.
