What devices work with the customer portal? Is there a Kin app?

The Kin customer portal works on all devices with a web browser: desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

At this time, there is no Kin mobile app. You can simply visit Kin.com from any smartphone, tablet, or computer to log in to the portal and access your policies.

Can I use the portal offline? No, you need an internet connection to access the portal since it requires login verification and shows real-time information. However, you can download documents while online to view them offline later.
