Changing your payment plan has specific timing requirements based on where you are in your policy period.
If you need to change your payment plan or payor, you can do so:
✅ Before your first payment: If you haven't made your first payment yet, you can:
- Change your payment frequency
- For Home policies, change between Credit Card and Escrow pay
✅ At renewal: When your policy renews, you have full flexibility to:
- Change payment frequency
- For Home policies, change between Credit Card and Escrow pay

You can always update your credit card on file in the customer portal. You can also make payments online using a credit card, even if your policy is set up to pay with escrow. Log in at Kin.com.
