Where can I find my policy documents?

All your policy documents are stored in the Documents tab of your customer portal, organized by policy term.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Log into your customer portal at Kin.com 
  2. On the home page, find the policy you want to view
  3. Hover over the Documents section on the policy card
  4. Click anywhere in the Documents section
  5. You'll be brought to the Documents page with all available documents for that policy

 

Documents are organized by term:

  • Current Term - Documents for your active policy period
  • Future Terms - Renewal documents (if applicable)
  • Past Terms - Documents from previous policy periods

Terms can be selected via the term selector, seen below in the center of the page with a yellow outline:
