# Where can I find my policy documents?

## All your policy documents are stored in the Documents tab of your customer portal, organized by policy term.

**Step-by-step instructions:**

1. Log into your customer portal at [Kin.com](https://www.kin.com/?hsLang=en)
2. On the home page, find the policy you want to view
3. Hover over the **Documents** section on the policy card
4. Click anywhere in the **Documents** section
5. You'll be brought to the Documents page with all available documents for that policy

 

**Documents are organized by term:**

- **Current Term** - Documents for your active policy period
- **Future Terms** - Renewal documents (if applicable)
- **Past Terms** - Documents from previous policy periods

Terms can be selected via the term selector, seen below in the center of the page with a yellow outline:

**Tip:** Important documents can also be downloaded on the Home Page or in the Quick Links box!
