  3. Hover over and click the Payments section
  4. On the Payments page, you'll see your current card on file (last 4 digits)
  5. Click the Update Card button
Payment method interface displaying a credit card marked as the default payment method. Text explains automatic charging for installment plans with option to pay in advance. Update card button at bottom.
  6. A modal window will appear
  7. Enter your new card information:
    • Name
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV/Security code
    • Billing zip code
  8. Click Save
  9. You'll see a confirmation that your card was updated successfully
  10. Your new card will now be used for all future payments

Important notes:

  • The new card replaces your old card completely
  • Your next scheduled payment will use the new card
  • If you have multiple policies, you'll need to update the card for each policy separately
  • All credit card customers are enrolled in autopay

If you're Escrow Pay:

You don't need a card on file unless you want to make a one-time payment. You can add a card while making a payment and choose whether to save it for future use. There must be a payment due for the option of Make Payment to appear.
