How do I create my Kin customer portal account?
Once your policy is bound with Kin, you can create an account to access your customer portal and manage your policy online.
What you'll need:
- A bound Kin policy
- The email address associated with your policy
- Access to your email to verify your account
Step-by-step instructions:
- Go to Kin.com and click the Log In button in the top right corner

- On the login page, click Create an Account
- Enter your email address (the one on file with your policy)
- Click Create My Account
- Check your email for a message from Kin with the subject "Set Your Kin Password"
- Click the link in the email
- Create a password that meets these requirements:
- Between 8 and 128 characters
- At least 1 lowercase letter
- At least 1 uppercase letter
- You'll be redirected to the login page and can enter your new credentials
- Complete the One-Time Password (OTP) verification (see "What is the One-Time Password" article)
Once you have at least one bound policy with Kin, you can always use your account to log into the portal, even if your policy is no longer active.
