How do I make or request a policy change?

You can request changes to your policy directly through the customer portal by submitting a policy change request form or contact us via chat, email, or phone.

Most policy changes need to be handled by one of our licensed representatives. Our team is here to help, you can reach us via:

For chat, email, and phone, our representatives are available:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am - 7pm CT
  • Saturday: 8am - 4pm CT
  • Sunday: Closed

You can always access the policy change request form in your portal:

  1. Log into your customer portal at kin.com
  2. Navigate to your Policy Details page
  3. On the right sidebar in the Quick Links section, click Request policy change
  4. You'll be directed to the policy change request form, which you can fill out with your requested changes.
  5. Kin's support team will reach back out to you via you preferred method (noted in the form) within 1-2 business days.
