# How do I make or request a policy change?

**Most policy changes need to be handled by one of our licensed representatives.** Our team is here to help, you can reach us via:

- Chat

**Our representatives are available:**

- Monday to Friday: 7am - 7pm CT
- Saturday: 8am - 4pm CT
- Sunday: Closed
