I'm having technical issues with the portal - what should I do?

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with the customer portal, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.

Common issues and solutions:

Can't log in:

  • Ensure you're using the email address affiliated with your policy
  • Double-check your email and password for typos
  • Ensure caps lock is off

Not receiving OTP code:

Payment won't process:

  • Card information is entered correctly
  • Card hasn't expired
  • Billing zip code matches your card
  • Contact your bank if card is being declined
