If you're experiencing technical difficulties with the customer portal, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try.
Common issues and solutions:
Can't log in:
- Ensure you're using the email address affiliated with your policy
- Double-check your email and password for typos
- Ensure caps lock is off

Not receiving OTP code:
- Check spam/junk folder
- Wait 1-2 minutes for delivery
- Click "Resend Passcode" after 30 seconds
- Try alternate delivery method (text vs. email)

Payment won't process:
- Card information is entered correctly
- Card hasn't expired
- Billing zip code matches your card
