Why don't I see my quotes in the customer portal?

Quotes will not appear in the customer portal, only policies that were bound will appear in the portal. 

Your customer portal only displays policies that have been bound (purchased and signed), not quotes. This means you'll only see signed policies in the portal, even if they're now inactive due to cancellation, expiration, or non-renewal.

We're working on bringing all your insurance information together in one place, including quotes. For now, if you need to access a quote you received, please contact your sales representative, or contact sales at 855-717-0022 or sales@kin.com.

What you'll see in your portal:

  • Active policies
  • Cancelled policies
  • Expired policies
  • Non-renewed policies

What won't appear:

  • Quotes that were never bound
  • Quotes in progress
