I didn't receive my One Time Password (OTP) code, what should I do?

Troubleshooting steps:

If you chose text message:

  • Wait 1-2 minutes - texts can sometimes be delayed. 
    • Waited a few minutes already? You can click Resend Passcode to request a new code.
  • You may have marked Kin's number as spam or unsubscribed. Please text "START" to 813-328-5227 to get texts.
  • Make sure the phone number on file is correct (you can verify this with customer support chat)
  • Check that your phone has cellular service
  • Try selecting Email instead to receive the code via email

If you chose email:

  • Wait 1-2 minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
    • Waiting awhile? You can click Resend Passcode to request a new code.
  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you're checking the correct email address (the one on file with your policy)
  • Try selecting Text instead to receive the code via SMS
