What are my payment options?

You can always view your payments details, add or update cards, and make payments in our Kin customer portal. Log in at Kin.com.

Kin's Home policies currently offer two payment options: Credit Card or Escrow

• Credit card
  • This option will automatically charge your credit or debit card on file. 
  • You may choose from 1-pay, 2-pay, or 4-pay plans.
  • We will send reminder emails about upcoming payments though no action will be necessary on your part, we'll automatically charge the card.
  • You can always view your payments details, update cards, and make payments in our Kin customer portal. Log in at Kin.com. 
• Escrow
  
  • This option will bill your mortgage company and they will send Kin the payment. 
  • Escrow pay must be on a 1-pay payment plan.
  • You can add a card on file to pay for mid-term policy changes or if your lender is late on a payment. 

Auto

Kin's Auto policies currently offer Credit Card payment.

  • This option will automatically charge your credit or debit card on file. 
  • You may choose from 1-pay, 2-pay, or 6-pay plans.
  • We will send reminder emails about upcoming payments though no action will be necessary on your part, we'll automatically charge the card.

Want to change your payment plan? You can change your payment plan if you have not yet made your first payment on your policy. If a payment has been made, you can change the payment plan again when your policy is up for renewal.
